No. All prices shown are not inclusive of any import duty/tax. Tax will be calculated at check out if required & you might have to pay import duty/tax fees when the goods arrive in your country.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Our sizing runs from XS to XL. We have a handy size guide tailored to each item on the product pages and images of all our models wearing different sizes in the collection. Every model is wearing their regular size. Most pieces can be worn in smaller or bigger sizes depending on how you want them to fit but if you have any questions about sizing just email email@example.com or dm us on Instagram and we’d love to help.
I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
If your order has not been processed/packed we can cancel it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. We cannot make changes to any orders once they have been placed, you’ll need to cancel your current order & place a new one. Please check that the item(s) in your cart are correct before proceeding.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please email email@example.com right away. If your order hasn’t been shipped there is a chance that we can change it but it’s not a guarantee. If it has been shipped, you will need to get in touch with the courier service used to change your address and redirect your package.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number – please use this to track your order.
CAN I EXCHANGE, REFUND OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We only accept returns within 14 working days of receiving your order. We do not do exchanges. You will be required to arrange your own returns so please ensure you pick the cheapest trackable shipping option available to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Our policy is due to :
- Our practise of slow fashion. This means, we only order a limited amount of pieces & everything is due to availability of fabric, style, size, etc. Hence, we do not do exchanges as we do not know when your preferred style will be back in stock.
- L/R still being a start-up. We do not offer free exchanges as we can’t cover the cost of shipping. We hope to be able to serve you better in the future!

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
In the rare case that this happens, you will be refunded for the cost of the item, excluding shipping. We do not do exchanges as we aren’t sure when your item will be back in stock. If you have received a faulty/wrong item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org & we will assist you further.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/SIZE ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Due to limited availability, we cannot promise that the desired style and/or size will be available. To process this, please cancel your order and place a new one.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?
We do not refund shipping costs when returning items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will, of course, refund the return shipping costs. Please note that duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Depending on which courier is being used it will vary from 1-14 days depending on which country/courier you use Please expect delays in shipping due to the pandemic.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for all orders in Malaysia. We also offer free worldwide shipping on orders above 200USD. If you do not exceed this amount or are not from said countries, your shipping cost and options will be displayed during checkout, you’ll be charged a flat rate of 25USD.
