- Avoid using while showering, exercising & anytime excess exposure to water is present, so you’ll need to polish it less

- Avoid applying lotion while wearing

- To polish, simply use a toothbrush or cloth & scrub with some toothpaste. It’ll look brand new

- If you are sensitive to non coated jewellery, it is advisable that you wear this for a few days & in intervals to see how your skin will react
