We hope to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the production our garments. This page is dedicated to showing you what goes on behind the scenes, so you can be rest assured your clothing has been made under ethical & safe working conditions.
COMPENSATION
The manufacturer recognises that wages are essential to meet employees basic needs, at a minimum and therefore complies with all applicable wages and hour law and regulations, including those relating to minimum wages, overtime, maximum hour, piece rate and other elements of compensation and thereby providing legally mandated benefits.
CHILD LABOUR FREE
No Child Labour is engaged in any of our unit.
INVOLUNTARY LABOUR
The factory does not use any forced or involuntary labour, whether prison, bonded, indentured or otherwise.
NON-DISCRIMINATION
The manufacturer does not discriminate in hiring practices, including salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termination or retirement on the basis of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender or disability.
ASSOCIATION
The manufacturer respects the rights of employees to associate, organize and bargain collectively in a lawful and peaceful manner, without penalty or interface.
COERCION AND HARASSMENT
The manufacturer treats each employee with dignity and respect and do not use corporal punishment, threat of violence or other form of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The manufacturer provides its employees a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, by ensuring access to purified water, sanitation facilities, fire safety, lightening protector with adequate lightening and ventilation.
