We only offer returns & no exchanges. If you would like to return an item purchased, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All accessories are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- L/R reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to L/R. Customers who are interested in a return for a refund must cover return shipping costs. RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by FedEx/DHL/NinjaVan will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label if required.

3. Provide a reason for your return
4.Once approved, you will be contacted via email
5. We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our warehouse
